The Putnam County Health Department said that a member of the public who has tested positive was at the ShopRite located on Route 52 in Carmel between 7 p.m. and 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 16.
"Please watch for symptoms of COVID-19 which include fever, chills, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea," the department said. "Contact your physician with any concerns."
Late last month, another advisory was issued for the same ShopRite location after another member of the public who tested positive visited on Sunday, Aug. 23 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
